Master data
Master data in an overview
The overview of master data lists all contacts you have already edited. To find easily an quickly a single address, you can use different ffeatures:
Filtertyp: Here you find free definable groups. Each person can be member of different groups.
Matchcodetyp: Here you chose between different criterias like name, number, telephone... and you find quickls the address you searching for.
To get best results, you can combine the matchcodes.

Master Dates
- contain all dates of persons and enterprises
- split all contacts in groups like clients, interssted parties, distribution partners...
- class contacts in free definable categories
- set marker to give informations about the actual status like "in operation" "in acquisition"...
Stop advertising
Especially for compaigns with newslwetter, mailings or others, the dialogue "stop advertising" was created.
All communication channels like telephone, e-mail, fax are considered. Invaild addresses are signed so that you know, why they are not guilty: ""misrouted mail", "company is liquidated"...
You reduce costs for shipping, telephone...
Relations
Relations and connections
This dialog shows the complete network of a person or enterprice in an overview.
You see the structure in an enterprise from the business manager to each contact person.

In this dialog you edit all relations and connetions of this person or enterprise. You get the whole network.
Writing your correspondence, you can chose conveniently the right contact person.
The special jump function allows to change easily and quickly from one contact person to another.
Jump function
The special jump function in the Master Data overview helps to get from one contact person to the next quickly and easily.
This Jump function supports an efficient input of data and shows the whole network of an enterprise or person.
Accurately and unerring you find the single person in your network.
Correspondence
Correspondenz in master view
You see chronological the whole in and out going correspondence of a contact (person or enterprise).
To find again easily and quickly a document, you can use the following functions:
- search with filters
- search with different types of matchcodes
- search with matchcodes
Correspondence and file systems
a very sophisticated, free-definable structure of files, helps to get a structure in the complete correspondence of a contact.

Addresses
Addresses in overview
The advantage of the overview is the function of "Address types"
The dialog allows to edit more addresses to one contact person or enterprise and organise this different addresses.
You define the different types, like
- Address
- Mailing address
- Address for delivery
- Address for account
All important addresses for mailings and advertising!

Here you define the different addresse with
- c/o – addresses
- Address line 1 and 2
- Departements
- Number of the apartment
For each address you can generate the head of the letter. You can change and add individually content and form.
Communication
Communication in overview
Similar to the address-dialog, you can add to one contact (person or enterprise) a number of individual defined ways of communication.

Very helpful is the feature to set a stop for advertising. You can also limit it to a certain time and make difference between the ways of communication.

Dates
Dates in overview
Every user who has to support clients, partners or interested persons, gets all information about meetings, contacts, telephone calls in an overview.
You differ and mark with different colors, so that you get a visual correlation.
This dialog is associated with the contact-hist. There you get an automatical overview over all contacts: written correspondence or dates.

To adapt FABIS basic to the individual demands, the entry masks are to define individually. The predefined list boxes are to be changed, if necessary.
You define for your company the list boxes: characters of the date and categories.
The different colors help to see dates belonging together.
Contact history
Contact history
The contact history is the ideal tool for acquisition and support. It is indispensable to all who want to react quickly and competent to all sort of questions.
The contact history listst all sorts of dates, meetings, telephone calls and in- and out-going correspondence, saved in the FABIS correspondence.
Automatically you have an overview of all contacts - even if you are workking in a team.
Grouping
Grouping in overview
The overview of grouping, lists all groups where a person or company is member. One person or company can be listetd in different groups, the number of groups is not limited.
For searching in the master dates you can use the name of the group for filtering. Than you get all the contacts which are member of the group.
Grouping in detail
Here you define the different groups. You define the name of the group and you chose the member of a group. For example:
- partner
- projects
- classes
- interested partner
- distributor
- ...
The list box is free-definable in the configuration, to get the specific groups you need for your company.
Attributes
Attributes in overview
Here you get the overview of all attributes you gave to a person or company. The number of attributes is not limited.
To adapt to your specific demand, you define the content of the list box in the configuration.
Attributes detailed
Similar to the dialog of grouping, you edit here the attributes of a contact.
The attribute is a sort of keyword, you add to a contact. It helps to qualify the different contacts and find them again for special acquisition and support.
